Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: We are seeking a
motivated and organized individual to join our growing accounting
team. In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable experience
in all aspects of the accounting cycle, working alongside
experienced professionals. Knowledgeable and capable to handle
multiple companies and juggle many different responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Payable duties
include verifying purchase orders, obtaining approval and entering
invoices for domestic and international vendors Enter and verify
purchase order invoices for domestic and international vendors.
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Resolve
purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and
documentation Perform check run weekly. Perform accounts receivable
tasks including collections and check deposits daily. Process month
end close to report numbers to corporate office. Prepare and Input
journal entries. Prepare bank reconciliation. Perform monthly
reconciliation of inter-company accounts. Assist with yearly audit.
Work accurately between multiple companies without error. Performs
other related duties and/or special projects as assigned by
management. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to communicate
effectively with supervisor, co-workers and customers/vendors, work
independently, or with a group, on various on-going projects
simultaneously and work accurately and dependably in a fast-paced
environment. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite (email, word,
excel), Microsoft Windows QuickBooks and SAP skills are a plus. KEY

skills Team player Willing to learn and take part of a growing
company where changes are constantly improving Sense of urgency
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus
0-2 years of accounting experience including general accounting and
financial reporting. Work experience in a distribution work
environment.
