Logistics Properties is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join
our team in the East Region. This individual will be conducting
financial analysis, preparing investor and internal reporting,
monitoring asset performance. They will also assist in business
plan execution, tenant relations, and operational efficiency in the
region. Asset Performance: Assist in development and implementation
of business plans to optimize the asset performance including
setting annual budgets, forecasting property level cash flows, and
conducting detailed financial analysis to maximize return on
investment. Leasing and Tenant Relations: Oversee leasing activity
and tenant relations for the East Region. Aid in negotiating new
and renewal leases while ensuring lease compliance for existing
tenants. Proactively address tenant concerns to ensure tenant
satisfaction. Capital Projects & Improvements: Work closely with
regional asset manager to oversee capital expenditure projects
through coordination with construction teams, vendors, and
stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the desired scope. Market Analysis: Conduct market
research to assess property values, trends, and competitive
positioning. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance
reports to leadership, including detailed financial analysis,
occupancy trends, leasing activity, progress on key initiatives,
and quarterly valuations. Collaboration: Work closely with
acquisitions, property management, legal, accounting, and finance
to optimize portfolio performance. What you should bring 2 to 4
years of experience in real estate investments or asset management,
and general industrial real estate market Effective communicator
with ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong

customers and investors Compensation Details The anticipated wage
scale for candidates who will work in New Jersey is
$115,000-140,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be
eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The
final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on
several factors that may include but are not limited to the type
and years of experience within the job, the type of years and
experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment
Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect
positions that work in other states or locations. What we offer

Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions
dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are
fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically
enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least
21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60
days. Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time
off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid
Holidays per year. Following six (6) months of employment at the
Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a
child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary
caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the
secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment
at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid
parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you
are the primary caregiver of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up
to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be
reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment
obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24
months.
