Imagine your future with us. ABOUT THE ROLE Audible is seeking a
driven and analytically rigorous finance professional to join the
Strategic Finance team supporting the Product Organization. In this
role, you will serve as a core finance partner on cross-functional
initiatives, supporting the end-to-end financial modeling that
quantifies the full P&L impact of new product and feature
investments. You will also play a key role in Long Range Planning
(LRP) and in supporting strategic frameworks that accelerate
executive decision-making and identify gap-closer opportunities.
ABOUT YOU You have a strong foundation in financial modeling and
looking to apply it against increasingly complex, high-visibility
problems. You are resourceful, driven, and hold yourself to a high
standard. You can operate independently, take and incorporate
feedback quickly, and communicate your work clearly to senior
stakeholders. As a Finance Manager, you will - Support the
financial modeling and analysis for cross-functional initiatives,
building detailed models that capture P&L impacts (revenue,
cost, margin) with guidance on complex trade-offs to inform
investment decisions - Contribute to the annual and ongoing
Long-Range Planning process, developing projections, identifying
key assumptions and risks, and pressure-testing scenarios -
Identify opportunities for new analytical approaches and contribute
ideas that improve decision-making quality; help quantify
gap-closer initiatives when performance diverges from plan - Build,
maintain, and continuously improve detailed financial models that
size revenue opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and forecast KPI
outcomes for new products, features, and go-to-market strategies -
Partner effectively with Product, Growth, and cross-functional
stakeholders, building relationships and understanding their
analytical needs - Summarize analyses into clear, structured
insights for team leadership and stakeholders present findings and
recommendations to senior leaders across Audible and Amazon - Build
expertise in member acquisition, retention, and engagement
economics and how product decisions impact the business model -
Identify and implement improvements to your own analytical
workflows and partner with data/BI teams to optimize recurring

home. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience making
business recommendations and influencing stakeholders - 3 years of
professional experience in strategic finance, financial planning &
analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or a
comparable analytical role - Experience with financial systems such
a Cognos TM1 or Hyperion - Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g.,
LLMs, copilots) to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, or

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
