Job Title: Temporary Receptionist (Potential for Permanent Placement)Company: Real Estate CompanyDuration: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)Pay Rate: $20 per hourHours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities:- Greet tenants and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.- Perform general office duties to support the administrative team.Requirements:- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Professional demeanor and appearance.- Punctual and reliable.Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Temp-to-hirePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
