This role involves handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service without any telemarketing responsibilities. Comprehensive training will be provided, and a valid licensing is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their options and selecting the most suitable plan. - Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. - Provide clear and accurate information regarding Medicare plans and benefits. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures. - Document interactions and maintain accurate records of beneficiary inquiries. Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping. - Valid licensing required to assist with Medicare plans.
