Job Description Job Description 2nd Shift CNC Operator We’re hiring an experienced CNC Operator to work independently on 2nd shift in our precision machining facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing quality parts from setup through completion. Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | 40 hours/week occasional overtime Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC or manual machines Read blueprints and job specifications Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished parts Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: Previous CNC machine operation experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently High school diploma or GED preferred Why Work With Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of UNION, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
