Job Description Job Description Job Title: Lay Up and Press Operator Job Description This position is responsible for laying up and pressing panels used for both interior and exterior aircraft parts. Responsibilities Verify and withdraw materials. Cut and kit materials. Lay up materials. Load and unload the press. Operate the press. Operate saws. Trim panels on the CNC. Essential Skills General labor. Experience with hand and power tools. Production and manufacturing knowledge. Machine operating skills. Inspection and assembly capabilities. Forklift operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to complete production paperwork. Active participation in operational improvement activities. Willingness to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed. Flexibility to perform other tasks as needed. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
