This role will provide room for career growth, specialization opportunities, and schedule flexibility.Nurse Manager Expectations:Manage staff and programs of the renal dialysis departmentCoordinate daily operations of dialysis services (9 stations)Monitor standards and guidelines for dialysis treatmentEnsure all documentation is completed and audited regularlyLead staff professional development programsManage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.1-2+ years' experience.Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.What you have:Associates or Bachelors Degree in NursingCurrent Registered Nursing License in NYRecent clinical leadership experience in nephrology, dialysis, and/or critical care nursing experienceWhat we have to offer:Monday Through Friday with occasional SaturdayAbility to work directly with the Owner (no corporate red tape)$115,000-$130,000 per year (DOE)Medical, Dental, Vision InsuranceAnd much more!The Dialysis Nurse Manager will be offered a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits package, and desirable schedule to complement this unique nursing leadership opportunity.
