SUMMARYFamily Service League is seeking a full-time Program Director to oversee and lead the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Riverhead. The Program Director will hire, supervise, and train staff to ensure that the program policies and procedures are followed. Bachelor's Degree required. LMSW/LCSW, Licensure/Registration as a Registered Nurse or Physician required.   • The Program Director will oversee staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, supervision, and performance appraisals.
  • Establish and accomplish contractual programmatic goals and ensure program outcomes.
  • Lead team in treatment planning and quality documentation.
  • The Program Director will provide clinical direction to staff regarding individual client cases.
  • Provide fiscal and regulatory leadership to the program.
  • The Program Director will develop, implement, and manage program policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate an effective and efficient ACT Team.
  • Conduct field visits and direct client services as a member of the clinical staff.
  • All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree required. LMSW/LCSW, Licensure/Registration as a Registered Nurse or Physician required. RN's at Master's level or Nurse Practitioners preferred.Minimum of 5 years of related Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) experience required.Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience strongly required. Experience providing direct service related to treatment and recovery of individuals with severe mental illness required. Strong leadership, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills are required.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required; experience in EHR strongly preferred. Valid and clean NYS Driver's License required.
