With more than 60 social service and mental health programs in over 20 locations, Family Service League is committed to serving Long Island's most vulnerable citizens.SUMMARYFamily Service League is seeking afull-timeLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, which provides behavioral health services for adults who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. The ACT program is comprised of a multi-disciplined team including skilled staff in psychiatry, nursing, and social work.
