Position Highlights:
Collegial group practice with a large referral base
Team of 2 Physicians and 2 dedicated Advanced Practitioners
Excellent state of the art Epic EMR system
Provides comprehensive care to a selected population of patients in
the specialty
Performs age-appropriate physical assessments, evaluation and
treatment for primary care patient base seeking services from the
organization
Takes history, including chief complaint, presenting illness, past
medical history and interval history. Performs age-appropriate
physical exam as it relates to chief complaint
Orders lab studies when indicated. Identifies differential
diagnosis. Assesses the severity of patient's illness and
establishes need/time for patient evaluation. Discriminates between
normal and abnormal findings in history and physical in order to
establish a diagnosis. Perform tests and procedures as directed by
diagnosis
Establishes age-appropriate plan of care related to patient's
identified problem, including medication, diet, therapeutic
procedures, etc. Consults with other health team members regarding
proposed treatment guidelines as necessary

Qualifications:
1-3 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience
required
Bachelor's degree required
Must have National Board Certification
Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration
in Nursing
Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, Masters level
preferred
Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as
appropriate
1-2 years Urology work experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in EMR systems & technology
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication
skills
The salary range for this role is -$104,500 -to -$156,000 -annually
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
