Growing together. /n Position Location: 931 D Conklin St. Farmingdale, NY 11735 /n Position Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating 8hr shifts between 8:00am-6:00pm EST. Schedule may vary based on business needs. /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n - Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800 /n - Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding /n - Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance /n - Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding /n - Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements /n - Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly /n - Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding /n /n You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: /n /n - 1 years of pharmacy experience /n - Ability to work onsite at 931 D Conklin St. Farmingdale, NY 11735 /n - Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm weekdays with rotating weekends) /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification /n - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification /n - Sterile compounding experience /n - Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems /n /n Physical Requirements: /n /n - Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks /n - Ability to lift to 30 pounds /n - Ability to climb stairs and ladders /n /n /n Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
