converge. As an integral member of our team, you will manage
complex patient cases, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,
and contribute to research and educational initiatives. Provide
comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic and spine patients,
ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical practice.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Act as a mentor and leader to
junior staff, fostering a collaborative and educational
environment. Participate in clinical research and contribute to
publications and presentations in the field of orthopedics and
spinal care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Advanced knowledge
of orthopedic and spinal care nursing practices. Proficiency in
using medical software for patient care management. Strong
leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking
and problem-solving abilities. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of operation. Certified Orthopedic Nurse (ONC)
preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications.
