Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and patient-specific treatment plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and their families on disease management and health maintenance Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and document all care activities Participate in continuous education and professional development activities Strong clinical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or a similar accredited body
