a Physical Therapists in the Hicksville Union Free School District
for a specific school listed below. Please see our expectations and

Physical Therapist will be responsible for documenting the
patient's treatment's status and implementing IEP Goals. The
successful candidate will also provide treatment and appropriate
therapeutic techniques specific to the age and condition of each
patient. Actively recruiting for the following location Woodland
Elementary School 85 Ketchams Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801 Full
Caseload Available Starting ASAP Starting rate is $37.50 per half
hour Qualifications Registered Physical Therapist with current
registration to practice in New York State. Degree from an
approved/accredited program/school for Physical Therapy
Professional geriatric and/or long-term care experience. Duties
Provides evaluation and treatments in accordance with professional
standards of practice. Observe precautions related to infection
control and resident/patient privacy and dignity. Completes all
documentation in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with
departmental, regulatory, and payer standards. Assists in
maintaining the safe operation of all equipment for the safety of
patients. Accurately integrates treatment knowledge into the daily
education of patients and caregivers.
