active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
full-time physical therapist to provide services in both school and
home environments within a K-12 setting. The position involves
working directly with students to assess, develop, and implement
therapy plans that support their physical development and
educational goals throughout the school year. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services to students across grades K-12 in
school and home settings Evaluate students physical needs and
develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators,
families, and healthcare providers to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant
regulations and standards Participate in team meetings and
contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning
Desired Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist
with state certification or eligibility Experience providing
therapy services in school and home environments Ability to work
effectively with children across a wide age range (K-12) Strong
communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of educational and
therapy best practices for school-aged children Location: Queens
Village, NY This contract role spans the full school year and
