Job Description Company : Team setting, people help each other out here, this is a caring place 5 locations, 25 providers, 400 team members, 20 years in practice Solid tenure with many team members, 15 yrs to 20 years EPIC EMR Family Medicine Physician Benefits and Features : 2 months paid time off per year (5 weeks sick/vaca, 2 weeks holidays, 1 week CMEs) starting base $275,000 / year Comprehensive benefits package Retirement with 3% Match Malpractice covered, liability covered, dental fully covered Chief Medical Officer Role : Monday-Friday role 8am-5pm in office 5 direct reports who manage about 10-15 staff members CMO will see patients about 2-3 sessions/week Team based mindset with collaborative environment Background Profile: Board Certified Family Medicine Physician 5 years of experiences required flexible person, someone willing to help another team member, someone who wants to work with a lower income patient population
