Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A certified Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for a full-time, onsite
contract position in a school setting in Pawtucket, RI. This role
offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with students on a
one-to-one basis, supporting behavior intervention plans in an
educational environment. The contract runs from ASAP through June
15, 2026, providing stability and a chance to make a meaningful
impact in students' lives. Key Responsibilities: Implement
individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.
Provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on promoting
positive behaviors. Collect and record data to monitor student
progress. Collaborate with school staff and behavior specialists to
ensure consistent strategies. Maintain professionalism and
confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience working in school settings preferred. Strong
communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with
students. Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and data
collection protocols. Location and Schedule: Position based onsite
at a high school in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Full-time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. One-to-one caseload

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.67 to $39.67.
