Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor / RN to
join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will lead
and manage the clinical operations of our hospice services,
ensuring that patients receive compassionate and compliant care. As
a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating
comprehensive care plans with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining
regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvements across
services. You will also be responsible for conducting routine staff
training sessions and performance assessments to ensure high
standards of care. This role requires a blend of strong clinical
aptitude and leadership skills, with an emphasis on optimizing
