The facility is offering a primarily outpatient noninvasive cardiology locums role within a collaborative multi-specialty medical group, focused on high-quality patient care, diagnostic cardiology services, and continuity of care in a well-supported clinical environment with no call obligations and strong referral network support.

• Practice Setting (Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic): Outpatient Cardiology
• Reason for Coverage: MD retirement in October
• Dates of Coverage: Starting in October 2026
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 3-5 days a week
• Call Schedule: None
• Call Ratio: None
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 16
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0
• Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level IV
• Total Number of Beds: 61
• Number of ICU Beds: 0
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 currently but they are retiring in October. We partner with a local hospital to assist with ECHO and EKG reads
• Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage? - No

• Patient Age Demographic: (Neonate, Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric): Adult
• Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
• Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? Yes
• Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Echocardiography
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months but can do it sooner if needed

• Board certified or board Eligible in Cardiology- REQUIRED
• If board eligible kindly state date of graduation is - REQUIRED
• Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain if applicable) REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exceptions, required at presentation
• CPR - (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED no exceptions
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED no exceptions
• CPR for Healthcare providers - REQUIRED

• ACLS (AHA)
