We are a artisan biscotti company. The Biscotti Company is on a
mission to preserve a 200-year-old biscotti recipe, passed down
through generations. Rooted in tradition and fueled by innovation,
they blend the past with the present to create moments of joy. The
Biscotti Company invites bakers to join them in crafting a future
where heritage and flavor harmonize in every bite.. We are seeking
a new Baker to join our team. Your role will be to Being part of a
dynamic team at The Biscotti Company, overseeing the daily
operations of biscotti production, from start to finish.. You will
be a member of the baking team and report to our founder. What You
Will Do: Prepping Ingredients: Ensure the meticulous preparation of
high-quality ingredients for biscotti production. Weighing Dough:
Accurately measure and weigh dough to maintain consistency in the
baking process. Shaping Biscotti: Skillfully shape the dough to
create the distinctive and desired biscotti form. Cutting Biscotti:
Precisely cut the shaped dough into individual biscotti pieces with
attention to detail. Packing Biscotti: Carefully package the
freshly baked biscotti, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
Cleaning Tasks: Undertake regular cleaning duties to maintain a
hygienic bakery environment, including wiping down surfaces,
sweeping, and mopping. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate
will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following
credentials/skills: Baking Food Handling Knife Skills Salary range
