right job posting. The role: We are looking for an energetic Food
Safety Manager with experience in ready-to-eat meal production
environments. The Food Safety Manager plays a key role in our
kitchens, responsible for monitoring and verifying that food
production adheres to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities: Actively participate in regulatory inspection
readiness, processes, and corrective actions Monitor critical
limits with daily checks of refrigeration, sanitation chemicals,
dish machine operation, etc. Review and verify records for
cook-chill processes Assist in developing and implementing food
safety programs, including Chef audits, internal assessments, and
training materials. Train GMPs, sanitation, and safe food handling
to employees and Chef teams Promote a food safety culture within
the organization Identify and assess potential food safety risks in
the production process Monitor and inspect food production,
handling, and storage areas for compliance with food safety
standards as per applicable local, provincial, and federal
regulations. Assist with environmental monitoring and shelf life
testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food
Safety, or equivalent experience in a high compliance environment
Certified Food Safety Manager (e.g., ServSafe) or equivalent
certification Proven experience in food safety, quality control, or
a related role Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and
standards Excellent communication and training skills Analytical
and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a commitment
to maintaining high standards of food safety Preferred

rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge,
