*Position Overview*
The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

*Responsibilities*
* Maintain and organize case files and documents
* Coordinate with attorneys on scheduling and case deadlines
* Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
* Manage court filings and service of process
* Support document production and review
* Assist in trial preparation and logistics
* Perform legal research and cite checking
* Track and update docket items and calendars

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
* Familiarity with New York and New Jersey court rules and procedures
* Experience with electronic filing systems and legal research tools
* Proficiency with litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Trial Director)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:
