Position Details In-Office | New York City MondayFriday | 9 AM 5 PM This is a full-time, in-office role based at our NYC location. We offer a welcoming, high-performance environment where your voice matters and your work truly makes an impact. What Youll Do As our Legal Assistant, youll support our legal team in delivering excellent service to clients. Responsibilities include: Preparing and filing legal documents with USCIS Managing FOIA and FBI background check submissions Organizing and maintaining case files, both physical and digital Communicating with clients to gather required documents and information Assisting with administrative duties and contributing to process improvements Who You Are Youre someone who believes in showing up with purpose, positivity, and professionalism.
