Job Description /n - J-STD-001 Certified, wiring/soldering (S-level a plus) /n - 5-10 years experience soldering/assembly of surface mount components (including fine pitch), through-hole components and chassis wiring under a microscope in production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools. /n - Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, written instructions, wiring lists and discuss work related issues. /n - Experience as a "front line" leader, working directly with individual contributors in various roles. /n - Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n - Hands-on assembly supervisor working on floor assembling/wiring electronic assemblies as well as supervise personnel within the Assembly group. /n - Setting daily assembly priorities, direct and assign personnel as appropriate to meet those priorities. /n - Monitor employee productivity, providing guidance and training when needed. /n - Administrative responsibilities for production personnel including timesheets, progress review, and corrective counseling. /n - Actively participate in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions /n - EOE/Disability/Veteran /n - This position is onsite /n - We offer a comprehensive benefit package including: Health Insurance, Dental and Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability.
