Job Description:

Contract to hire - This position is responsible to manage and produce all aspects of multimedia (for both internal and external use) including: video production (pre-production, shooting, editing), animation, and event logistics for sales meetings, corporate initiatives, executive and Office of the CEO support, internal communications, social media initiatives, and pro-bono projects. Assists with projects from conception to completion and brainstorms with the team to come up with creative ideas to design and produce major video and multimedia campaigns. Also responsible for developing and advancing the video production and interactive capabilities of the Creative Group to meet the growing demands of our internal clients. Produce high-quality multimedia content to support company initiatives. Responsibilities include video production, non-linear editing, animation, PowerPoint presentations, event, product and portrait photography, video/social media streaming, internal communications and major marketing initiatives for internal and external use. Onsite support for major national sales meetings, quarterly meetings, national tradeshows and conventions, CEO presentations and corporate events (domestic and international). This may include creation of original content, client presentation support and onsite administration . Assist with team management and respective projects. Organize and prioritize projects within the team. Daily analysis of current and upcoming projects to ensure that work is of the highest quality, within budget, and meets deadlines .Meet with the Director regularly to review project status and team development . Spearhead in-house video production projects to produce high-quality video and multimedia . Meet and communicate directly with clients. Assist in brainstorming, creating concepts and script writing based on goals communicated by the client Participate in special projects, and perform any other duties as required .Advanced intermediate level professional; knowledge within own discipline and developing basic knowledge of organization, processes and customers. Good judgment, sound analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required to perform tasks. Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of routine and non-routine issues.COMPLEXITY: Work on problems of moderate scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve a range of straightforward problems; may recommend solutions to business challenges. Demonstrate good judgment within defined procedures and practices for obtaining solutions. Build productive internal/external working relationships.SUPERVISION: Receive a moderate level of instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. Assignments can be broad in nature.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Good understanding of industry practices Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task Good verbal and written communication skills Good presentation and public speaking skills Good interpersonal skills Basic conflict resolution skills Developing professional credibility All of the knowledge and tools needed for professional video and presentation production. Software requirements include: Apple OS, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.Travel typically less than 20%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
