His/her key objective is to focus on successfully fulfilling our distributor's needs. The SCR must be a highly motivated, professional, team player, who has the ability to multi- task. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES The SCR's responsibilities can change depending upon the requirements and needs of Banfi and their distributors.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as neededProcesses all Direct Import and Out of Warehouse orders (includes entry, revisions, and cancellations)Deals directly with customers by either phone or e-mailResponds promptly to customer inquiriesMaintains open and closed warehouse and direct import filesDistributes purchase orders and invoices as requiredVerifies and maintains control state codes and case code labelsProvides security relief Processes sample transitsMaintains open and closed transit filesPrepares orders for, creates, and sends file transfers to freight forwarders and suppliersScans orders to be e-mailed to freight forwarders/suppliersE-mails invoices to distributors Proofs item pricing in ordering and billing systemPrepares and processes credits/debits/invoices/invoice cancelsReconciles bailment invoicesGenerates DI invoices. Distributes various reports (as needed)Maintains customer records by updating account informationResearches/investigates distributor and sales team issuesMakes follow-up callsProofs credits, debits, warehouse and direct import ordersProvides sales team and distributors with information regarding:Order confirmationsOrder revisions/cancellationsOrder shipping informationProduction delaysOut of stock situationsProduct specificationsCurrent/future inventory informationQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
