The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements management, validation, and testing for complex projects.This role requires close coordination with agencies to develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, manage requirements verification and traceability, and ensure test procedures comprehensively cover requirements for the NG9-1-1 program. The analyst must effectively communicate project details to stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and agency representatives.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and execution of the requirements management process, including elicitation, analysis, and verification.
• Validate test cases to ensure they align with the Requirements Verification and Traceability Matrix.
• Ensure testable and verifiable requirements are met across all test phases of the NG9-1-1 program.
• Validate that test procedures correctly execute their corresponding test cases.
• Provide real-time feedback on test procedures during vendor dry-runs and test execution.
• Effectively communicate project details to clients, project teams, and executive leadership.

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to define requirements.

  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
    • Mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work.
