Manager Location: Remote Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000 Position
Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key
Account Sales Operation Manager to lead sales execution, retail
operations, and strategic account management within the North
American offline retail market. This role is strategically
positioned to engage directly with top retail partners, including
Walmart and Sam’s Club. The ideal candidate has a proven track
record of managing key retail accounts and driving sustainable
growth through effective sales strategies, merchandising execution,
promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Key
Responsibilities: 1. Sales Execution Translate budget targets into
detailed regional sales goals and allocate responsibilities across
the team. Drive achievement of sales results by monitoring progress
and implementing corrective actions when necessary. 2. Retail Store
Management Guide and support store teams to execute product
displays according to company standards, ensuring full SKU
availability and compliant merchandising. Conduct regular store
visits in Arkansas and surrounding regions to audit display
quality, provide product training to store staff, and enhance
in-store conversion. Serve as the primary liaison with Walmart,
Sam’s Club, and other retail partners to address operational issues
including after-sales service, product delivery, and merchandising
compliance. 3. Promotions & Inventory Management Oversee execution
of in-store promotions (e.g., holiday sales, special displays),
coordinating marketing materials and personnel support. Track
campaign performance and provide feedback to improve future
initiatives. Develop replenishment plans based on store sales data
and inventory levels, coordinating with the supply chain team to
ensure smooth stock turnover and avoid shortages or overstocking.
4. Relationship Management & Issue Resolution Build and maintain
strong relationships with key account retail partners in the
Bentonville area and beyond. Gather and address store-level needs,
feedback, and complaints by coordinating internal resources to
resolve issues in display, inventory, or after-sales support.
Support stores with trade marketing activities, budget allocations,
and promotional investments. Collect and analyze market
intelligence (e.g., competitor promotions, consumer feedback) and
provide reports to sales and product teams. 5. Cross-Functional
Collaboration & Team Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure alignment across
departments. Manage the regional sales operations team, including
performance evaluations, skills training, and team development to
strengthen execution capabilities. Qualifications: 5 years of
experience in North American offline retail operations, including
at least 3 years in regional sales management. Direct experience
managing accounts with at least one major retailer (e.g., Walmart,
Sam’s Club, Target). Background in durable consumer goods such as
furniture, outdoor sporting goods, or consumer electronics (e.g.,
e-bikes, smart locks) preferred. Strong knowledge of North American
retail merchandising standards, promotional practices, and supply
chain processes. Proven ability to develop and implement store
visit and replenishment strategies independently. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Experience managing teams of 3–5 people with performance-driven and
cross-regional coordination. Bilingual fluency in English and
Chinese (spoken and written) required. Willingness to work across
