Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify inbound leads to sales qualified status for our Impress SaaS Customer Communication Automation Platform. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation (NORAM Impress), this role will be responsible for scheduling discovery appointments for Sales that lead to value outcomes for both the customer and Quadient. The targeted organizations will be a combination of small-sized and medium-sized business in key targeted vertical markets. In This Role, You Will: -- --- - Qualify and develop sales qualified leads (SQLs) and opportunities from leads generated by demand generation marketing activities -- --- - Prospect for new business opportunities using outbound prospecting techniques and making use of tools such as-- -ZoomInfo,-- -LinkedIn-- -Sales-- -Navigator,-- -and 6Sense Account Based Marketing (ABM)-- -platform -- --- - Effectively communicate with prospects via outbound activities: phone, email, social media channels and live chat to uncover pain points, explain Quadient Impress solutions, identify opportunities and generate interest -- --- - Perform relevant research on companies and leads as a component of lead generation and qualification utilizing the web and other research tools-- - -- --- - Ask-- -qualifying,-- -business-oriented questions to uncover prospect challenges, needs and pain points that-- -might-- -be solved with Quadient Impress-- - -- --- - Update CRM-- -(Salesforce.com)-- -with qualifying information, conversation details, competitive information, decision making criteria and other pertinent information -- --- - Disseminate opportunities to appropriate sales representatives, educating reps as necessary about the opportunity, business pain,-- -stakeholders, decision process, motivation and recommend appropriate follow-up action items -- --- - Provide feedback-- -to Marketing and Sales that will help improve our prospecting and-- -demand generation programs-- - -- --- - Learn, teach others and advance within the organization, first by building pipeline and gaining exposure to all aspects of a sales cycle, working together to improve lead quality, collab on best practices and hone your craft What You Bring: -- --- - Minimum 1 year of SDR or outbound sales experience, including email, cold calling and social-- -outreach -- --- - Previous SaaS-based experience is highly desirable -- --- - Working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar online sales enablement and online prospecting tools -- --- - You-- - -re a natural relationship builder and more importantly, a conversation starter -- --- - You are passionate, hungry for success and driven by hitting goals -- --- - You have entrepreneurial flair and demonstrate business acumen.
