Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time Life Insurance Agent to join our team! You'll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities:

--- Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
--- Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
--- Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
--- Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
--- Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
--- Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs
--- Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients
--- Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions
--- Providing ongoing service to clients
--- Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans
--- On-going development of professional skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

--- Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus
--- Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
--- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
--- Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
--- Skilled with Microsoft Office
