Comcast. Job Description In this role, you will cultivate
relationships with priority agency partners, driving revenue from
Agency Holding Companies by selling and driving adoption of Buyer
Cloud (formerly known as Beeswax) demand-side technology. This role
will be multi-faceted; growing existing agency advertiser accounts,
while also reaching out to account team prospects to consultatively
engage them and drive incremental opportunities for Buyer Cloud. As
an Account Director, you collaborate closely with several
cross-functional partners including marketing, product, and account
management teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience,
share market feedback, and refine our go-to-market strategy. This
role is perfect for an experienced sales leader, who has deep
programmatic expertise and understanding of navigating and selling
into the agency ecosystem. Most of all, the ideal candidate will be
an independent self-starter who can take ownership of key accounts
and overdeliver on client expectations. Core Responsibilities -
Drive revenue growth from the agency customer segment by winning
new advertisers and campaigns from existing agency relationships -
Build and cultivate strong relationships with executive
stakeholders within Agency Holding Companies - Demonstrate the
value of the Buyer Cloud (Beeswax) platform by thorough detailed
understanding & presentation of the product - Responsible for
achieving sales performance and meeting and exceeding top line
revenue and growth targets - Identify and close strategic
up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business
needs and differentiators - Take lead in responding to RFP’s or new
inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategy
- Become a product expert on the Freewheel portfolio, demonstrating
domain expertise of both Buyer Cloud (Beeswax) and FreeWheel’s
programmatic software - Develop strong relationships and
collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders internally in
marketing, product, marketing, account management, finance, and
legal - Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and
best practices related to ad tech, programmatic advertising, and
digital media monetization - Consistent exercise of independent
judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular,
consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and
weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and
responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - 7 years of
demonstrated excellence in agency sales or sales leadership at an
Adtech company. - Previous DSP experience required - Proven track
record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a rapidly
evolving environment - Experience growing agency holding companies
accounts in the programmatic ecosystem - Existing relationships
with Publicis and Dentsu preferred - Preferred agency WPP and
Horizon - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and
quantitative skills to identify revenue growth opportunities -
Significant business-development experience, including leading
sales pitches - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
and experience managing across and up - Strong organizational
skills and deep CRM experience - BA/BS degree required. Employees

Location Pay Range: $124,313.47 - $186,470.21 Additional Range:
This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of
$108,774.29 - $186,470.21 Comcast intends to offer the selected
candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related,
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application

Commission: $120,000 Our sales compensation programs offer the
potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those
who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the
Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize
employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a
Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most
