Job Description:
Suburban Propane, a leader in propane and refined fuel
distribution as well as energy services, is currently seeking an
ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join
our dynamic sales team. Serving our broad spectrum of residential,
commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients, this role is
ideal for an individual eager to drive sales growth and enhance
energy solutions across assigned regions. The successful candidate
will contribute to our mission of providing reliable and
high-quality service while expanding our market presence and
achieving strategic sales objectives. Develop regional sales
strategies in alignment with company goals. Manage and grow
existing customer accounts while actively seeking new sales
opportunities. Conduct market analysis to understand industry
trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver persuasive
sales presentations to a variety of stakeholders. Negotiate
contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Monitor sales
performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Provide ongoing
support and solutions to customers in a timely manner. Collaborate
with marketing and product development teams to drive product
innovation based on market demands. Proven ability to develop and
execute sales strategies. Strong negotiation and consultative sales
skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Deep understanding
of the energy sector, particularly in propane, oil, and gas
industries. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
effectively. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

401k Sales Management Professional certification preferred. Any
relevant industry certifications related to energy, gas, or oil
sales are advantageous.
