Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated
and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic
manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our
growth, balancing the management of existing accounts with a
proactive hunger for new business. Operating out of our branch from
8:00 am to 4:30 pm , you will leverage your technical aptitude and
sales prowess. Whats in it for You Competitive Salary: $55,000 –
$75,000 (determined by experience, education, and skills).

Account Development: Generate new business through proactive
outcalls, prospecting, networking, and referrals. Customer
Retention: Provide top-tier support to existing accounts and secure
new orders to grow market share. Lead Management: Diligently follow
up on leads from various sources to expand the customer base.
Outreach: Conduct consistent, proactive outgoing "customer touch"
sales calls. Industry Expertise: Maintain and enhance deep
knowledge of products, applications, and technical trends within
the performance plastics industry. Collaboration: Contribute to the
overall success and effort of the local branch team. Skills &
Qualifications Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience
with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
paired with an outgoing personality. Technical Aptitude: Strong
math skills are required; mechanical aptitude is a significant
PLUS. Soft Skills: Outstanding customer focus, a positive attitude,
and a team-player mentality. Tools: PC literate with proficiency in
