Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketers to represent our brand at various information sessions. As a Field Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, building relationships, and engaging with our target audience. This position involves travel to different locations, making you the face of our company in the field. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and departments Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items at strategic locations, events and conferences. Participate in all field related marketing activities and trainings Present yourself and the company in a professional and compliant manner Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive connections with the target audience. Ensure that brand messaging and visual identity are consistently represented in field marketing activities. Provide regular reports on field activities, including insights gathered, leads generated, and challenges faced. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate value propositions during field interactions. Submit required documents after each session occurs in accordance with the code of conduct Meet all required KPI’s Responsible for handling all company materials, event supplies and equipment with caution Other duties assigned Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Ability to travel to different locations Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently Strong public speaking skills Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
