Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families. This position is ideal for early-career clinicians working toward their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and looking for clinical supervision, flexibility, and a supportive environment. Sessions may be conducted in-person (at our NJ office) and/or via telehealth. What We Offer Paid clinical supervision hours toward LCSW Flexible scheduling (telehealth and hybrid options) Administrative and billing support — focus on clients, not paperwork Opportunities to develop specialties (CBT, EMDR, couples therapy, etc.) A collaborative, clinician-first environment Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (ages 14) Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance Attend supervision and team consultation meetings Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential in New Jersey Eligible for clinical supervision toward LCSW Reliable internet and telehealth readiness Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
