Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A K12 social worker
position is available for a contract assignment running from
February 2, 2026, through June 18, 2026, with full-time hours of 35
per week. This role supports multiple school sites within a public
school district, providing essential social work services to
students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver social work services to students within
a diverse K12 educational setting - Collaborate with educators,
families, and other professionals to address student needs -
Support students social and emotional development through
counseling and intervention - Assist in crisis management and the
implementation of individualized support plans - Maintain accurate
case records in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications: - Current Connecticut LMSW or LCSW license required
- Experience working in school environments preferred - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively
work with children and adolescents of varying backgrounds Location:
- Based in Bristol, Connecticut, serving local public schools This
