Job Description:

The successful candidate will perform the functions of LPN to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. He/She will assume the role of charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and report to the Registered Nurse/Clinical Care Manager.Qualifications:

Valid NYS LPN license
Previous experience working with geriatric population.
Graduate of an approved program in practical nursing.
BCLS and IV certification required.
Requires every other weekend commitment
