Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care Location: Brooklyn, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,036 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position Job Title: Certified Nursing Attendant Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long Term Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Evening shifts with Every Other Weekend Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year experience with Long Term Care is required License: Certification as a Nursing Attendant Certifications: New York State Certification Must-Have: - 1 year experience with Long Term Care Description: Provides direct patient care and related support. Performs other related duties as assigned. Provides routine personal care to patients in a timely, safe, and effective manner. Care may include bathing, shaving, brushing teeth, dressing patients, and attending to personal care needs. Prepares patients for meals, feeds, and/or assists with feeding as necessary. Empties bedpans and collects urine and other specimens. Transfers patients to and from bed and/or chair utilizing appropriate transfer techniques and lifting aids. Takes accurate vital signs, temperatures, pulse, and respirations. Records all necessary information according to policy and procedure. Performs range of motion exercises using proper technique. Assists patients in walking and in transporting patients using wheelchairs or stretchers. Performs other related duties as assigned. Schedule Notes: All interviews are in-person. Ability to hear, talk, walk, stand, bend, and stretch. Ability to read, write, and interpret documents. Ability to sit for long periods to perform job functions. Ability to stand for long periods at patient bedside and/or procedural areas. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers. May be required to handle reasonably heavy weights across distances. May be required to assist in lifting patients onto/out of examination beds or procedure stations. Must be knowledgeable of all relevant policies and procedures pertaining to hazardous waste and materials and maintain applicable qualifications. Physical Requirements: Duties performed routinely require exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissue. Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience: No prior experience is needed.
